Need website RSVP help?

- Please contact us at Awards@Netflix.com with "RSVP Cancel or Update or Tech Help for (Name of Film)" in the subject line. Please include the date, time and name on the rsvp in the body of the email.

Need ADA assistance onsite?

- Please contact us at Awards@Netflix.com with "ADA Accommodations Request" in the subject line. Please include the film, date, time and name on the rsvp in the body of the email.

Missing/damaged screeners?

- Email us at Awards@Netflix.com with "Missing and or Damaged Screener for (your guild here)" in the subject line. Please also include your preferred mailing address so we can send replacement screeners.

Need to update your email or mailing address for invites and screeners?

- We ask that you update your guild and/or the Academy with your latest information and preferences as most of the invitations and screeners are sent using their member roster following the preferences set by each person. We are not authorized with the distributor to make changes to your member account.

Want to start/stop physical screeners?

- Most guilds and the Academy have an option for their members to opt in or out of receiving physical screeners. Please let your guild know your preference and they will send the updated information to the mailing house. We are not authorized to make changes to your member account.

Some additional key information:

- All events are first come, first served. There will be a wait in line upon entrance.
- Invites are non-transferable and all cancellations are final.
